Saturday 29th January to Saturday 5th February 2011

A fun filled traditional pantomime!
Continuing our fine tradition of high quality family pantomimes – Red Riding Hood, appeared on 29th January 2011 to 5th February 2011.

Featuring the hilarious combination of Peter Whitley as ‘Simple Simon’ and Steven Clark as ‘Dame Grannie Hood’. Ably supported by our very own fun team, Tim Steere, Matthew Kirby and Julian Freeman.

Jane Steadman is ‘Colin’, the Principal Boy who in panto tradition falls in love with Principal Girl ‘Jill’ played by Lyndsey Griffiths. Tony (Boo! Hiss!) Howley is the baddie ‘King Wolf’ wreaking havoc as usual, but maybe, just maybe ‘Fairy Silverleaf’ played by Angela Lindley will save the day.

Lynne Howell is ‘Zara’ Queen of the Gipsies and last, but not of course least, is ‘Red Riding Hood’ played by Alice Chapman, with Natalie Bennett playing the role at some performances. An enthusiastic kiddies chorus, dancers and ensemble will provide lots of colourful routines with a guaranteed ‘feel good factor’ built in!

The show is written by Geoffrey Rundle and Keith Marsden, Directed by Keith Marsden and Patsy Peacock with Choreography by Judith Chapman and Musical Direction by John Sandland. A winning team!
